Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship our plants to the continental US.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are, and what time of year you place your order. Since plants are living beings, we don't want to ship them when they are in a sensitive phase, or when conditions like heat may kill them in transit.
Check our shipping page for more information on when your order will arrive, or contact customer service for a more specific request.
What do I do if my plant dies?
We highly suggest that you purchase plant insurance, so that if (god forbid) something happen to your plant in it's first year of life, we will replace it, as well as give some tips to adjust your care habits.
If you have plant insurance, be sure to submit your claim to customer service within one year of when your plant was delivered, as well as photos of your dead plant.
If you do not have plant insurance, we cannot replace a plant.
