Arrive Alive Policy

All orders are covered under our “Arrive Alive” Policy

We strive to provide top-quality plants to our customers. We guarantee that your plants will arrive alive. If your plant arrives dead, damaged, or missing, let us know within 7 days of delivery, a replacement plant will be sent, or you will be issued a full refund.

To submit a request you will need to attach the following photos:
            1.   A photo of the damaged area if broken
            2.  A photo of the scratch test if plant is dead (click here to see how to do a scratch test)

If your box is severely damaged in transit, we will need to file a claim with UPS. Please email and we will help you with submitting a claim. Note: Do not throw away your packaging, you will need to provide specific photos of how your package arrived.

Claims that are submitted after 7 days are no longer eligible for a refund, but may receive store credit if approved.
